1. Open Internet Explorer, click on Tools >> Internet Options |

2. Click on the Connections Tab , then click on the Settings button. |

Select "Use A Proxy Server" , then enter
nopopup.dandy.net and 8118, click OK

5. Close your browser window then reopen it. The Pop-Up Blocker will now take effect whenever the next browser window is opened. |
