1. Open Internet Explorer, click on Tools >> Internet Options |

2. Click on the Connections Tab , then click on the Settings button. |

Select "Use A Proxy Server" , then enter
accel.dandy.net or 209.128.232.52 and
Port: 9666, click OK

4. Click on Advanced,
select "Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections", click OK |

5. Close your browser window then reopen it. Congratulations, you are now ready to surf the web at up to 5-times faster! |
